2008 110 Nationals - Hull, MA

This year's Nationals were a bit of a thrown-together plan for the Screaming Pelican.  The Newport fleet did not have a good year and Josh and I did not manage to get the boat close to water, let alone sail it.  We were busy sailing other boats along with the daily rigors of having lives.  As the event got closer we talked more and more about it and it seemed like Josh was getting more excited.  I would get picture messages on my phone of the work being done on the keel and voicemails about how good the new partners were coming out.  This was my sign that the regatta was a go.

Forum up and running!

E-mail Print PDF

The forums are up and running finally.  You will notice that the login that was previously to the right of this page has been removed.  While I could see that there were some valid registrations, the vast majority of the several hundred that did register to the site were from the Ukraine and China... which are not known hotbeds of 110 activity.  Please create an account within the forum, even if you have already done so over the last several weeks through the front page of the site.  Let me know if you have any problems, and also let me know what sections etc. that you would like to see there.  I will be customizing the appearance of the forum over the next couple of weeks, but it will function perfectly well even with the generic forum look.  Enjoy!
